Technologies used

Stede is a UK property valuation tool — search any address and get an instant estimate of what it's worth, covering over 17 million properties across the UK.

The valuation engine is a Go API built with Gin, backed by PostgreSQL and Meilisearch for address autocomplete. A set of scheduled Node.js tasks keeps UK Land Registry Price Paid and House Price Index data in sync. The front-end is a server-rendered TanStack Start (React) app.
